English summary for convenience. The legally binding, complete version is the German  AGB (Version 1.2, April 18, 2026). Swiss law applies.

The service

AxiomSeal is a SaaS for verified AI memory: content you store is validated (15 quality tests), ethically scored and cryptographically sealed (SHA-512 hash chain) so that changes are always detectable. Access via dashboard, REST API and MCP connector.

Key points

• Provider: AxiomSeal, operated by Martin Vasic, St. Gallen, Switzerland — info@ai-developer.ch
• Your content stays yours. We process it only to provide the service; no advertising, no model training.
• Plans & billing: monthly subscription via Stripe (see Pricing); cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
• Acceptable use: no illegal content, no abuse of the API, no attempts to break tenant isolation or the integrity chain.
• Beta notice: the service is in beta; encryption at rest is on the roadmap — do not store highly sensitive data yet.
• Liability: limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months; no liability for indirect damages (see AGB § for details).
• Data protection: see Privacy Policy and DPA.
