Terms of Service

English summary for convenience. The legally binding, complete version is the German  AGB (Version 1.5, October 23, 2026). Swiss law applies.

The service

AxiomSeal is a SaaS for verified AI memory: content you store is validated (19 validation tests), ethically scored and cryptographically sealed (SHA-512 hash chain) so that changes are always detectable. Access via dashboard, REST API and MCP connector.

  • Provider: AxiomSeal, operated by Martin Vasic, St. Gallen, Switzerland — info@ai-developer.ch
  • Your content stays yours. We process it only to provide the service; no advertising, no model training.
  • Plans & billing: monthly subscription via Stripe (see Pricing); cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
  • Pilot programme (AGB 6.2a): up to ten pilot places, on application in the dashboard (company, website, location, use case); we decide freely. A pilot uses the Pro plan free of charge for twelve months, with no payment details and no subscription. In return pilots use the service actively (at least 4 days and 20 tool calls per pilot month, measured from the account's usage log, never from memory content) and answer a short survey once a month. If a duty is missed, we send a notice with a 14-day deadline; after that the place may end and the account moves to the free plan with all its data, nothing is deleted or charged. After twelve months the account moves to the free plan automatically, and we email you at least 30 days before. One place per person or company, not transferable. The pilot is free of charge, so the liability cap is CHF 100 (AGB 8.4). For places granted before October 23, 2026 the duties apply only with your consent.
  • Acceptable use: no illegal content, no abuse of the API, no attempts to break tenant isolation or the integrity chain.
  • Beta notice: the service is in beta; encryption at rest is on the roadmap — do not store highly sensitive data yet.
  • Liability: for slight negligence, limited per contract year to the higher of the fees paid in the 12 months before the damage or CHF 100, and no liability for indirect damages. Never limited for intent, gross negligence or personal injury. Check outputs before you rely on them (see AGB section 8 for details).
