AxiomSeal — Verified AI Memory

1. Who we are

AxiomSeal is operated by Martin Vasic (sole proprietorship), Falkenburgstrasse 8, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland. Privacy contact: privacy@ai-developer.ch (we reply within 5 business days).

2. What we collect and why

Account data (email, name, hashed password) — to provide your account and authenticate you (incl. OAuth logins from MCP clients such as Claude or ChatGPT).
Memory content you store (text you write via API/MCP tools) — to provide the core service: sealed, verifiable AI memories. Your content is processed only to deliver the service, never for advertising and never to train models.
Usage data (API calls, storage volume, audit logs) — for billing, abuse prevention and the integrity audit trail that is part of the product.

3. Where your data lives

All service data is hosted on our own server in St. Gallen, Switzerland (EU-adequate jurisdiction). Data is isolated per customer (separate database per tenant). Transport is always TLS-encrypted. Encryption at rest is on our roadmap and not yet implemented — during beta we advise against storing highly sensitive personal data.

4. Third parties (sub-processors)

Stripe — payment processing
Anthropic — AI processing where a feature explicitly uses it
Telegram — optional notifications (only if you opt in)
Google (Gmail) — transactional emails

Transfers rely on the Swiss–U.S. / EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and SCCs. We use no tracking or advertising cookies — only a technically necessary session cookie.

5. Retention

Account data: for the duration of the account + 30 days
Billing records: 10 years (Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 958f)
Technical logs: 90 days
Memory content: until you delete it or your account is closed

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection — email privacy@ai-developer.ch. We respond within 30 days. You can export your memories at any time from the dashboard (Settings → Audit Export) and delete them via API or dashboard.

7. MCP connector specifics

When you connect AxiomSeal to an AI client (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI), the client only receives what our tools return for your explicit requests. We request only the OAuth scopes needed (read, write), do not access the client's conversations or built-in memory, and collect no data beyond what the tool call requires.
